After our little goodbye outing, Leon stepped into the insane chaos that was our half-packed house and stayed til 2am, helping me put a whole coat of paint on the front room and touch ups in the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.  It felt good to leave the place proudly sparkling.  I could have done it alone, but I’m pretty sure I’d have been up all night.  Our time in Ann Arbor begun with another Williams friend, Elaine, helping us paint that bedroom.  What a lovely book-end to our time here…
